Inventory and Stock Status
We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, and feel confident in saying that if you can add it to your cart, it is in stock at our location and ready to ship. We do sell items on other platforms which are not live synced with our inventory, meaning that items are being sold on other sites, which we then must make the change to our live website inventory. Rarely, we do sell out of an item from an off-site channel and cannot get our website's inventory updated quickly; this most often happens overnight. We will notify you as soon as possible of the issue and offer solutions to make things right.
We may drop-ship some items from our suppliers, meaning they will ship the item to you as opposed to us. You'll see this notated in the "Availability" field above the quantity selection. We only do this for a select amount of products which makes sense for us to do, allowing us to present more options to you.
In order to prevent fraudulent credit card charges, we require that our shipments go to the billing address. If you process an order which does not meet this criteria, we will not ship the products until we are certain that you are the card holder and everything checks out. Obviously there are circumstances which present themselves where these addresses cannot match, most often to our great service members stationed at bases around the world. We will contact you and make it work. There are a lot of low-lifes out there and we get dozens of attempts each month to purchase items fraudulently, we hope you understand our vigilance.
