Shipping & Returns
Absolutely NO RETURNS of: optics, flashlights, lasers, knives, barrels, barreled receivers, and tools. No exceptions.
All products are covered under their manufacturer's warranty, which is who you would communicate with for defective products or technical questions. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, with an approval from our returns department, for a 15% restocking fee and shipping to us. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin this process, supplying us with your order number and your reason for return. If the return reason is due to a mistake on our end, we will happily cover the cost of shipping back to us and make the situation right.
We only ship orders within the United States due to Federal laws prohibiting the export of many of our products.
All orders must be shipped to the billing address in order to prevent fraudulent charges. If this is an issue, please contact us via email and we will figure something out.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier, but am happy to work with the shipping company if they require information from us. Our goal is to work with you to get you what you need. We will take the burden of getting it to you, but we can't do more than that.
We offer many shipping options to give you the greatest flexibility in choice and pricing. Our "Economy Shipping" is a flat rate option where we will use the best quote we can find to ship it from either USPS or UPS. We added this because for some reason our UPS Ground quote is inflated sometimes and we have not been able to troubleshoot it. We do not try and make money off the shipping, so we are constantly trying to find ways to present the best value to you to receive your items.
